Shipping Policy

Estimated shipping delivery times

  • USA: 3-5 business days

  • Canada: 5-10 business days

  • World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. 

International shipping

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees. 

Order never arrived

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! 

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. 

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at [insert support email here] noting your order number. We'll see what can be done. 

Returns policy

Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!

Wrong size

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

T-shirt Size Guide
These shirts are standard sizes and are a little more fitted as opposed to baggy with the length falling below the waist. The sizes listed below are Length by Width.
Extra Small (XS) — 27 x 16.5 in. (68.6 x 42 cm)
Small (S) — 28 x 18 in. (71.1 x 45.7 cm)
Medium (M) — 29 x 20 in. (73.7 x 50.8 cm)
Large (L) — 30 x 22 in. (76.2 x 55.9 cm)
Extra Large (XL) — 31 x 24 in. (78.7 x 61 cm)
Double Extra Large (2XL) — 32 x 26 in. (81.3 x 66 cm)
Triple Extra Large (3XL) — 33 x 28 in. (83.8 x 71.1 cm)
Quadruple Extra Large (4XL) — 34 x 30 in. (86.4 x 76.2 cm)

When will I receive my order?
ALL ITEMS EXCEPT BOOKS AND POSTCARDS: Your items will arrive in 5 to 10 business days. These items are print-on-demand. 97% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

BOOKS AND POSTCARDS: These items are shipped via USPS Media Mail and will arrive in 3 to 9 business days. Those who live closer to Minnesota will receive them sooner.

Different items ship separately and may arrive on different days.

I have a problem with my order - what do I do?
Please send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 30 days after receiving the order. Send it to XXXXXXXXXXXXX

Please note that there’s no need to return damaged products - simply send us a few photos.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. Please check in with the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order a correct size.

If received product is damaged -  send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 4 weeks after receiving the order. Send it to XXXXXXXXXXXX

Can I cancel my order? / Can I make changes to the order?

All orders are final - we cannot cancel orders once they have started production. Please get in touch with XXXXXXXXXXX ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

It’s past estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order yet.

Please check in with your local post office - in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, please send us an email with your order number and a correct delivery address - we’ll help.

Make sure you report the problem within 4 weeks after estimated delivery time - If reported outside of the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order.

Order is marked as delivered - but not there.

In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient have yet to receive it—we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.

Disclaimers

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just temporary. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a stain, please wash it before reporting a problem.
